Serving up the Shore

Serving Up the Shore is an annual event where Chincoteague Bay Field Station partners with some of the Eastern Shore’s top chefs and farmers to create a multi-course meal that celebrates locally grown and produced foods. This wonderful Farm-to-Table event is a fund raiser for the CBFS educational programs on August 16 and we are so pleased to be able to provide the potatoes for part of the main course.
